a list of FAQ (frequently asked questions) for Your convenience and use:

General Notes & Questions
This website is best run using a Windows Internet Explorer browser. You may
have trouble using our javascript pop-out menus when using other browsers (Mozilla
Firefox, Netscape, AOL, MAC).
Also, You must enable Your computer's Cookies to properly use
this website. Not doing so could prevent you from Signing-In and/or use certain
parts of this website.
To enable cookies, please do the following:
- Go to Your computer's Tools Menu.
- Select Internet Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Set the bar to the appropriate security level (Medium).
- Hit OK.

My FF Times Rosters
Q: How do I input my rosters into your system to activate the Match-up
Tracker & My FF Times.com?
A: The easiest way to do this by clicking on "roster" in
My FF Times.com. This will take you to the "Roster Manager" page where
you can build your rosters with our custom bar graphs and access enhanced subscriber
player profile pages.
You can also follow this step-by-step process:
- Sign-In and go to the My FF Times
button or link.
- You will see a section/box called 'Match-up Tracker
Rosters.'
- Click on ‘Add’ to create a new roster.
- Give your team a name (or league you’re in)
and save it.
- Once you create a team, you can add players by clicking
on them.
- Select the position you want to add players to by
using the pull down menu.
- As you add players, it is automatically saved.
- To drop/remove players, click on 'remove' next to each player.
The players you have selected to put in your roster will now be highlighted
in ALL our features and stats on the site. The Match-up Tracker
will allow you to view these players and their stats against the defenses they’ll
be facing for the current week.
Q: How can I edit my user profile information (password, etc.)
and customized team rosters?
A: Easy, we’ve put them both on the same page. You must be Signed-In.
Once You Sign-In look for the Subscriber
Locker Room button located at the top of the left hand side of
the page. You will be able to edit all Your user profile info, including Your
team rosters and Knockout Pool pick.

Sign-ups & Purchases
Q: How do I sign-up for a free My FF Times Community account?
A: Signing up is an easy process that can be done on our Registration Page.
All we ask is that you provide a valid email address.
Q: How do I buy a 2008 Draft Guide?
A: Subscribing is an easy process, but you MUST follow these steps.
For your security, subscribing is a 3-Step process:
- You must Create a Subscriber Account with
us first (username, password, email, etc.) on our Subscription
Page.
- Submit this information by selecting the type of
subscription you want to purchase (Draft or Full-Season).
- Complete the credit card payment transaction
through VeriSign.
Q: What should I know about VeriSign?

The Fantasy Football Times.com, LLC. They are recognized as the most trusted
and widely used online credit card processing agent in the world. We are 100%

To protect Your credit card information, we use all security
filters that VeriSign offers. So to prevent fraud and/or indentity
theft, the following information MUST be entered correctly in order for Your
transaction to be successfully completed with us:
- The address you provide MUST match the address that appears
on your credit card (CC) billing statement.
- The CSC (Card Security Code) MUST also be correct.
Failure to input either Your address or CSC correctly will result in a failed
transaction.
Q: Is there any other way to subscribe without doing it online?
A: Absolutely. At the bottom of the Subscription
Page, You will see our mailing address. All you have to do is write a check
or money order made payable to The Fantasy Football Times.com, LLC and send
it to the address we’ve provided. Please specify the draft guide you wish
to purchase (2008 or Two Year) and a valid email address so we can contact you.
We will notify You via email when we receive your check, so please allow 3-5
business days (from the day you send the mailing) for your account to be processed
and activated.

Q: Do you have full-season coverage besides your 2008 Draft Guide?
A: Yes we do, and all of it is part of our free My FF Times Community.
You can find out more about the features we offer and sign-up on our Registration
Page.
Q: Do you still have your KnockOut Pool?
A: Regretfully no. We no longer offer our KnockOut Pool game.
