SALAH LEADS PREMIER LEAGUE FANTASY FOOTBALL

Liverpool talisman Mohamed Salah is the still the undisputed leader when it comes to Premier League fantasy football after a return of 16 goals and ten assists in just 20 games this term. The Egyptian international has a total of 177 points. Salah has 45 more points than the nearest challenger on Premier League fantasy football. Liverpool teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold is the nearest challenger with 132 points.

Salah is presently away on national team duty with Egypt and he won’t have the chance to add to his fantasy football points until next month at least. He’s with the Egyptian squad as they prepare for the AFCON tournament in Cameroon.

MARTINEZ, KING OF PREMIER LEAGUE GOALKEEPERS

Aston Villa shot stopper Emiliano Martinez is the king of goalkeepers in the English top flight as far as fantasy football is concerned. Villa manager Dean Smith moved to strengthen his team with some players with Premier League experience like Emiliano Martinez and some hungry Championship players and he has been able to reap the rewards with the results achieved this season.

Romelu Lukaku picks his Manchester United player of the season to date

Belgium international Romelu Lukaku has said that Luke Shaw has been Manchester United’s player of the season so far after putting in a string of impressive performances. The England international had dropped down the pecking order under ex-boss Jose Mourinho in the previous campaign and he found himself on the verge of being sold.

However, the left-back managed to redeem himself after going through a personal training session in Dubai in pre-season and he has since commanded a regular role across all competitions. Speaking to MUTV, Lukaku admitted that he has been impressed with the upturn in form from Shaw during the ongoing campaign and he deserves the chance to compete for the club’s Player of the Year award this term.
