Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane was the king of attackers in Premier League fantasy football last season as he finished with the most points. He had more points than any other striker in fantasy football after his impressive return of 23 goals and 14 assists for Spurs.

Kane finished well ahead of compatriot and former England national team colleague Jamie Vardy of Leicester City to emerge as the king of fantasy football amongst the Premier League strikers. Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford, also an Englishman, completed the top three.


Aston Villa shot stopper Emiliano Martinez is the king of goalkeepers in the English top flight as far as fantasy football is concerned. The Argentine international goalkeeper has more fantasy football points than any other goalkeeper. Emiliano Martinez has been one of the best shot stoppers in the Premier League and that showed with his points on the fantasy football league. Aston Villa have played two games less than a lot of the other teams in the Premier League. Aston Villa still have outstanding games against Everton and Tottenham Hotspur. The form of Emiliano Martinez in his debut season at Aston Villa has propelled the club to the top half of the Premier League standings. This is a remarkable improvement from last season when Villa were involved in a relegation battle for the whole duration of the campaign. Aston Villa were able to survive relegation on the final day of last season. Villa manager Dean Smith moved to strengthen his team with some players with Premier League experience like Emiliano Martinez and some hungry Championship players and he has been able to reap the rewards with the results achieved this season.
